Members CU’s Annual Shareholders Meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, January 31st, 2018, at 9:30 AM in Members CU’s central office located at 2098 Frontis Plaza Blvd. in Winston-Salem, NC. All members are invited to attend and exercise their rights as member-owners of the Credit Union and hear the financial results of 2017. One of the most important agenda items for this meeting is the election of Board of Directors positions. The Nomination Committee has submitted the following list of candidates to fill three-year terms.
Robert C. Donley is the CEO of Members CU and is a 22-year veteran of the credit union industry. He serves on the Carolinas Credit Union League’s Board and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau’s Credit Union Advisory Council.
Cindy J. Stiff is the Director of Accounting for MCU and has been with the credit union since March 1999. She earned her BS Degree in Administration Management from Clemson University and has over 30 years experience in accounting.
Durham C. White Jr. has his Masters Degree in Organizational Management from UNC Pembroke and has served on Members CU's board for 18 years. He is retired from the Human Resources Department at Southeastern Regional Medical Center in Lumberton, NC.
