Members Credit Union (MCU) proudly announces Jennifer Siglain, joining the MCU team as an Internal Auditor. Siglain will be a tremendous asset to the credit union in all compliance-related areas. 
Her role will assess the risk potential of current procedures and instill new practices that minimize loss exposure. Siglain earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Criminal Justice, and Corrections at Pfeiffer University in Charlotte, NC. Siglain is a certified Notary and is also certified in other compliance areas of the financial industry. Siglain was recently Vice President of Member Services at Winston-Salem Federal Credit Union. She has also spent time as branch manager at Sharonview Federal Credit Union and Bank OZK and the compliance and BSA Specialist role at Healthcare Associates Credit Union. Siglain participated as a Board Member and Treasurer for Uptown Lexington, Inc. and was also a Series Advisor for the Hornet’s Nest Council: Girl Scouts of the USA. With over 20 years of Credit Union and Member Service experience, Jennifer Siglain fits right in with MCU’s Heart of Service culture, allowing us to serve every member well, including those of modest means.
