Members Credit Union Promotes Jennifer Siglain and Tim Mullen to Senior Executive Team
Members Credit Union (MCU) proudly announces the promotion of Jennifer Siglain and Tim Mullen to our executive team. Jennifer Siglain has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Member Experience and Compliance. Siglain will oversee various departments, including; member services, digital engagement, compliance, facilities, and security. She joined MCU in 2021 and served as Internal Auditor. She earned her Bachelor's Degree in Science, Criminal Justice, and Corrections at Pfeiffer University in Charlotte, NC. Siglain is a certified Notary and is also certified in other compliance areas of the financial industry. Siglain was recently Vice President of Member Services at Winston-Salem Federal Credit Union. She has also spent time as branch manager at Sharonview Federal Credit Union and Bank OZK and the compliance and BSA Specialist role at Healthcare Associates Credit Union. Siglain participated as a Board Member and Treasurer for Uptown Lexington, Inc. and was also a Series Advisor for the Hornet's Nest Council: Girl Scouts of the USA.
Tim Mullen has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Lending and Branch Operations. He will oversee the branch operations and I.T. and lead the lending and financial solutions departments. He began his credit union career at Bellwether Community CU in New Hampshire, where he worked his way up to AVP of Lending and, in 2013, received the Credit Union Rising Star Award. In 2016, he moved to Winston-Salem, NC, to be the V.P. of Lending at Piedmont Advantage CU. He completed CUNA's Financial Management School and the Carolinas Credit Union League's Leadership Development Institute in 2017.
Members Credit Union has already tremendously benefited from Jennifer and Tim's leadership. We look forward to their future accomplishments that will allow MCU to serve our members with a Heart of Service each day. Then, in turn, our members can focus less on their finances and more on what really matters in their daily lives.
