How to use Tell-Com

Tell-Com is another one of our Free 24/7 banking services that you can use to access your accounts. Since it is separate from our online and mobile banking service it can be a great back up if you don't have access to your computer or if online and mobile banking goes down. Here's how to use it:

Call 1-800-951-4808. Listen to the voice prompts and follow instructions.

Press 1 for Account Information & Funds Transfers
Press 2 for How to Use This System
Enter your PIN number followed by #
*For first time use, PIN will be the last four of your social. If you do not know your four-digit PIN, please call Digital Engagement Department at 1-800-951-8000 option 2.

Tell-Com Options:
Press 1 to inquire on accounts
Press 2 to transfer funds
Press 3 to change security code
Press 4 to return to the previous menu
Press 5 to repeat this menu
Press 6 to speak to a Member Service Representative
*System will read full member number and sub account number out
