Virtual annual Shareholders meeting announced
Members CU's Annual Shareholders Meeting is scheduled for Friday, January 29th, 2021, at 9:30 AM, and will be held virtually through GoTo Meeting. All members are invited to attend and exercise their rights as member-owners of the Credit Union and hear the financial results of 2020. One of the most important agenda items for this meeting is the board of directors' election. The Nomination Committee has submitted the following list of candidates to fill three-year terms.
Robert C. Donley is the CEO of Members CU and is a 25-year veteran of the credit union industry. He serves on the Carolinas Credit Union League's Board and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau's Credit Union Advisory Council.
Cindy J. Stiff is the Chief Financial Officer for MCU and has been with the credit union since March 1999. She earned her BS Degree in Administration Management from Clemson University and has over 30 years of accounting experience.
Durham C. White Jr. has his Master’s Degree in Organizational Management from UNC Pembroke and has served on Members CU's board for 22 years. He is retired from the Human Resources Department at Southeastern Regional Medical Center in Lumberton, NC.
Delphine Dennis is a former Captain in the Army; currently, Dennis works with HanesBrands as Sr. Manager in Human Resources. She served on HanesBrands CU Supervisory Board, their Board of Directors, and later held the Secretary's position. Dennis earned a B.S. degree in HR from Norfolk University and an Industrial Relations and Masters in Administration from Central Michigan University.
