Winston-Salem, NC, February 4, 2004 - Members Credit Union has elected Warren R. Nesbit, II to the credit union’s Board of Directors. Mr. Nesbit is Corporate Vice President of Human Resources for Encompass Group in McDonough, GA. He is also a co-owner of Table Rock Springwater Company in Burke County, NC. He was a founding member of the Valdese Industries Credit Union and served on the Board of Directors from 1989-1997. He has a degree in Industrial Relations from the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill. He has been and MCU Board member since 1998.
The Members Credit Union Board of Directors consists of twelve members from the community who each serve three-year terms. Other board members elected this year include Jack V. Braswell, Jr., President/CEO of Members Credit Union, Karen Keller, town clerk of Bethania, NC, Group in McDonough, GA, and Robert H. Stevenson, Members Credit Union founder and retired President/CEO.
