She's ALWAYS been accommodating, professional, respectful and above all: effective. She never fails to provide an answer, help me figure something out, make a competent suggestion or simply be available to help, in general.
There are many reasons why I prefer a credit union, Members specifically. Having staff the caliber of Ms. Council is the added bonus that separates Members from other credit unions and leaves the major banks without consideration at all from my perspective.
